Starting 23rd August 2026 - 21st August 2027
Salary bracket is between £30,378 to £40,140 - allocation will be based on years of reckonable service within the NHS.

Essential Criteria
- Right to work in the UK
- NMC Registration
- Minimum 3 years post registration in General Nursing
- Extended clinical knowledge and skills relevant to Community Nursing
- Venepuncture and Cannulation.
- Competent to carry out general wound care and chronic wound management
- Competent to set up a syringe drive for continuous subcutaneous infusion in end of life care
- Competent to assess and manage pain in palliative care patients
