Are you an experienced Oncology leader looking for the opportunity to shape and develop cancer services within a world-class healthcare organisation?
Head Medical is recruiting an Oncology Clinical Manager on behalf of the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre (BCHC). This is a unique leadership opportunity to oversee the operational delivery of oncology services while driving innovation, quality improvement and exceptional patient care.
Working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide clinical and operational leadership across radiation therapy and oncology services, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of Oncology and Radiation Therapy services.
- Optimise clinical workflows, patient pathways and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams, supporting workforce planning and professional development.
- Drive quality improvement, clinical governance, accreditation and patient safety initiatives.
- Support strategic service development, operational planning and the implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding oncology care.
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced healthcare leader with:
- A degree or recognised qualification in Radiation Therapy, Oncology, Nursing, Allied Health or a related healthcare discipline.
- At least 10 years' post-qualification clinical experience within oncology, radiation therapy or a specialist healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex clinical services.
- Strong knowledge of oncology operations, clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety.
- Eligibility for professional registration/licensure in Bermuda.
