We are seeking a passionate General Adult Psychiatrist to join the growing team.

Located close to Melbourne CBD, this purpose-built clinic offers a calm, modern and state-of-the-art environment designed to support both clinicians and clients.

They pride themselves on fostering a genuinely collaborative and sociable workplace culture where clinicians feel connected and supported. Regular peer supervision and MDT collaboration ensure you are never practising in isolation.

They understand the importance of balance and flexibility, offering:

  • In-person, telehealth, or hybrid work arrangements
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing support
  • Administrative systems designed to reduce clinician burden

As a specialist outpatient practice, they provide evidence-based care for non-acute child, adolescent and adult mental health presentations.

They will actively support your long-term career goals, including opportunities to:

  • Develop your subspecialty interests
  • Work across a broad and engaging case mix
  • Participate in research opportunities
  • Explore future leadership pathways

They also offer expertise and complimentary training in Neurodevelopmental Disorders while maintaining broad general psychiatry services.

The highly experienced administrative and allied health assistant team manages the operational demands so you can focus on clinical care.

The clinic is located within a District of Workforce Shortage (DWS) area for Psychiatry in Melbourne, Victoria, making this an excellent opportunity for UK doctors eligible for the Expedited specialist pathway.
