Head Medical is seeking post-foundation doctors for Obstetrics & Gynaecology opportunities in Rotorua, New Zealand.

- Salary $96,870-$131,535 NZD per annum ( depending on experience)

The Role
Based at Rotorua Hospital, you will join a supportive Obstetrics and Gynaecology team providing care across acute obstetrics and gynaecology, antenatal services, theatre, and postnatal care. The service is supported by an experienced team of O&G Consultants, Registrars, Senior House Officers, midwives and nursing staff, with a strong focus on teaching, training and professional development.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience within a busy regional hospital environment, working closely with senior clinicians and developing your clinical skills across a varied O&G caseload. Rotorua's maternity service includes an eight-room birthing unit, perinatal unit, and special care baby unit.
The role offers an ideal combination of hands-on clinical experience, strong senior support, and a genuine training ethos, making it particularly well suited to doctors looking to develop their O&G experience in New Zealand.
