Oncologist wanted for locum cover permanent role in Bermuda!

If you are a Medical Oncologist looking to pick up locum work or relocate full time to a tropical island please read on….
We are seeking interest from experienced Oncologists to work on the beautiful island of Bermuda.  There will be opportunities to provide locum coverage when it’s required or fill a permanent position, once you are registered with the Bermudian Medical Council you will be able to return to the island as needed.


•    Excellent rate of pay - $181.20 per hour - $376,909.52 per annum
•    Return flights to Bermuda
•    Accommodation provided or stipend if you would prefer to arrange your own
•    Medical malpractice insurance
•    Opportunity to provide support to the department throughout the year and for years to come!
•    Support from the client and Head Medical with obtaining medical license and work permit

What's the role?

The post requires someone who is happy to fit into a smaller Island set up and specific role details will be discussed during a video meeting, directly with the client (should your CV be shortlisted)

  • Board Certified Oncologist / CCT UK / Ireland or equivalent.
  • Current Specialist qualification as an Oncologist
  • A preference of 3 years post certification experience of which two should be within the hospital setting. 
  • Maintain appropriate Continuing Medical Education.
  • Contributes to the on-going education of nurses and other hospital staff
  • Current registration with Medical Council in relevant jurisdiction
  • Eligible to register with Bermuda Medical Council 
  • Proficiency and advanced knowledge with Microsoft Suite
