
Scrub Practitioner Block Booking Opportunity in Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced orthopaedic trauma scrub practitioner for a position in the North East of Scotland. This position is for an as soon as possible start and will be for 6 weeks initially, with a possible extension depending on requirements. The shift patterns are 4 days between Monday to Friday.
Some information on the hospital, it is a major trauma centre for the North of Scotland. There is a 4-room trauma suite, and you will be supporting a dynamic team.
Suitable candidates must have the following:
- Be eligible to work in the UK and have a minimum of 18 months post graduate experience within theatre emergency/trauma theatres.
- Have full registration with NMC/HCPC, with no restrictions.
- Must have experience in trauma orthopaedics.
- Experience in the following is advantageous: Revision hip replacements, Revision knee replacements, Pelvic fractures, Femoral & Tibial nailing's, Proximal femoral replacements, ORIFs, Hemiarthroplasties, Total hip replacements.
