Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse – Contract Block Booking
Are you an experienced theatre practitioner with a background in ophthalmic scrub work? Our client in the West of Scotland is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse/ODP for a block booking for two months starting February 2026. About the Role
You will be primarily responsible for assisting in ophthalmic surgeries, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment. The role involves working within a team of healthcare professionals to support patient care through all stages of eye procedures. Our client values skilled nurses who are proactive, focused, and able to adapt in a dynamic hospital setting. We are looking for candidate for full-time hours, four days per week.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration
- Previous experience in ophthalmic scrub nursing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Available for contract block bookings in Scotland
