Busy GP owned practice in great suburb in eastern Melbourne looking for a great GP to join them.

The Role
This is a GP owned practice located in a good suburb on the eastern fringes of Melbourne. The practice has been open since late 2014 and they have around 6000 registered patients.
Currently they have 3 GPs, there is a particularly high demand for another female who could work full time. The owner is also keen to reduce his hours as he has another two clinics to manage. They have a practice nurse, a dietician and psychologist who work on site.
The suburb is veering towards middle class with a patient demographic of mostly young families with middle aged / older patients.
You will be seeing up to 40 patients per day, the practice operates on a 10 minute appointment system and they fully bulk bill all patients. They are the only bulk billing practice in this area.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, the practice Is open Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 5pm and although not essential it’s desirable that you will be able to assist with the weekend roster.

- Minimum hourly guarantee for settling in period
- 2 year minimum contract
- Earnings c.$300k pa
To be considered for this position you must have MRCGP / CCT / MICGP / FRACGP or equivalent.
