Stand out opportunity for a GP to take over an established patient list from a retiring Doctor from June 2026..
- FHO Clinic
- Established clinic
- Supportive and Friendly practice
This is a long established clinic under Family Health Organisation (FHO) model, in a desirable location not too far from Toronto. The clinic currently has 11 Doctors who are supported by Nurses, Social Worker, Dietician and assistants. The focus here is on providing comprehensive care of the highest standard. The internal support allows the doctors to focus on their patients whilst maximising their billings.
Working hours are pretty flexible, you will need to work full time across the week (Minimum 35 hours), with an option to work from home 1 day per week. As it's an FHO you will do 1 evening finish per week and 1:12 Saturdays.
There is scope to build out your patient list to higher numbers. The books have been closed at the clinic for some time but if you want to increase your patient list you have no trouble doing this as the area still has a shortage of GPs and this is a reputable clinic,
It is preferred that you will have experience in and be comfortable with Women's Health, PAP smears, pre-natal to 20 weeks, menopausal treatments and routine care.
To be considered for this position you must have MRCGP / MICGP / FRACGP or be US Board Certified Family Medicine.
