We are seeking a committed Family Physician to join its established team in Etobicoke, Toronto, ideally by early 2027. The clinic serves Etobicoke, which is officially designated as underserved. Approximately 400–500 patients may be available for immediate transfer, creating a strong foundation from which to grow a busy family medicine practice.
The FHO+ model provides attractive long-term earning potential once a patient roster is established. Candidates should expect a roster-building period of approximately 3–12 months. Income stabilisation is approximately $19,300 per month.
You will be a patient-centred Family Physician who values collaboration, is motivated to build a long-term practice and wants to contribute meaningfully to the local community. A start date by early 2027 is preferred.
LMIA and work-permit sponsorship support is available, the clinic has previous experience welcoming and integrating physicians from the UK.
