We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to relocate to the desirable Marlborough region at the top of the beautiful South Island in New Zealand.

The Role
The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive and culturally sensitive psychiatric service to young people and their families in the Wairau community and to function as part of a multidisciplinary team, in addition to participating in policy development and clinical service planning. We require a psychiatrist with experience in a community setting, who is able to think outside the box on occasion and in possession of a great sense of humour! Indoor sports, swimming and leisure facilities are of an exceptionally high standard and there is a very active arts scene. The picturesque whale watching town of Kaikoura and Nelson City are only 90 minutes away by road. The region is also home to three large National Parks.
