Once you get in touch with us, you will be directed to a Recruiter working within your specialty and country of choice. The Medical Recruiters work hard to bring together positions and people interested in the job, and go through rigorous processes to ensure it’s a perfect match.
We’ll arrange a job interview, and once you get a job you’re happy with we’ll confirm your salary, benefits and start date. Once the contract has been agreed and signed it’s time to get started with moving your life overseas.

The Registration and Immigration Team will break your application down into simple steps. Their involvement will vary depending on the job and the location, but the team know the ins and outs of sending people abroad and will ensure everything is in place before you leave.
Once you have been selected for a job, we will help you with all the preparation for your trip. We will ensure you fill out all the necessary documentation, such as medical registration and Visas, and that they’re sent away on time. This is vital to your relocation and is the first thing you’ll need to get sorted before you can start planning your adventure.
As daunting as all of this must seem, we’re with you the whole way and have done this many times before. Some of our team members even have first-hand experience of moving country, having lived abroad before joining Head Medical.
The Registration Team has weekly contact with each candidate, with emails and phone calls to guide you through the process. Overall, this can take a few months or up to a year, depending on the job, location and personal timescales. Whatever the time frame, we will do what is needed to get you there on time.

We will help prepare you as best we can and be as informative as possible, so candidates know what to expect from the location and job. Along the way any issues that arise will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, as our team are used to problem solving, and are there to offer expert assistance and reassurance.
We can offer advice on things like flights and when to book them, as well as housing, schools and pets. And don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’ve thought of everything- like bank accounts, driving licences and belongings you can’t take with you, and advise you on your options.
