Trauma Scrub Practitioners

For the past two months I have been supporting one of our established clients with a team of staff for trauma theatres. It comprises of two scrub practitioners, one circulatory practitioner, one anaesthetics, and one recovery person. Lists run every second Friday. I have already got the anaesthetics and recovery staff in place, but I would like to add to my scrub/circulatory team. 

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration, or ODP with HCPC registration. 
• Eligible to work in the UK
• A minimum of two years' post-graduate experience. 
• Proven experience within Trauma/Emergency settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
