Contract Robotic Scrub Block Booking - West of Scotland
Registered Nurse or ODP Wanted
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a 3 month block booking as a Robotic Scrub practitioner. Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 I can consider job shares.
The ideal candidate should have experience in robotics for urology or general surgery. The contract position is fixed term lasting for up to 3 months. In this role you will have to be an integral part of a skilled team of professionals to effectively provide patient care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the operating theatre.
- Assisting the surgeons in preparation for the procedure.
- Providing qualified nursing care in the theatre.
- Providing support to surgical teams during procedures.
- Ensuring the sterility of the environment.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Assisting in the maintenance of equipment.
Your Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or ODP.
- At least two years of experience as a Scrub practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and be registered with the NMC or HCPC.
