We are looking to recruit a Nursing Director (IVF) to join a leading provider of fertility treatment in the UAE, that offers a comprehensive range of services to help couples achieve their dream of parenthood. The clinic is a global leader in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and has been successfully treating infertility for over 40 years.
We are assisting our client, a leading private healthcare group, in sourcing an experienced nursing leader with a strong background in IVF or fertility services. IVF experience is mandatory.
To be eligible to apply for this position you must;
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ nursing management experience as a Unit Manager, or Deputy Nursing Director in an IVF Centre with a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in IVF.
- Have a bachelor’s degree, in nursing, from an accredited institution
- A master’s and/or specialised degree in nursing or other related field e.g. healthcare management, IVF is desirable.
- Be licensed, or eligible for licensing, as a registered nurse with the relevant healthcare authority in Dubai
- Hold a senior leadership/quality position in an IVF Centre
