The Role
As an Advancer Nurse Practitioner (Wound Management), you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and create comprehensive treatment plans for complex wound conditions
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based patient care
- Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and staff
- Contribute to continuous improvement and mentor junior colleagues
This is a full-time, permanent appointment within the Primary Care Team, offering both professional challenge and rewarding community impact.
Requirements:
To be considered, you will need to:
- Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, endorsed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- (Desirable) Hold a current Driver’s Licence
