Our client in Dumfries and Galloway are looking for experienced ICU nurses to join their team.
We are looking for experienced ICU Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The ideal nurse should have an ICU background and have a positive attitude.
The client is an established healthcare provider with a strong reputation for quality and excellent patient care. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals who can work well independently as well as part of a team.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to patients in line with current professional practice
- Carry out physical assessments and implement care plans
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of patients and communicate any changes to the medical team
- Contribute to the promotion of health education and prevention initiatives
- Maintain accurate patient records
Candidate Requirements:
- Chronic and/or acute nursing experience in a general medical setting
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
- The ability to use initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong team-working abilities
