- OOH Community Rota - one evening shift per week (2.5hrs) & 1:10 weekend shift (6hrs)
The Practice
The practice operates from a purpose-built facility comprising multiple consulting rooms and is home to a highly skilled team of 8 Doctors, 9 Nurses, 2 Healthcare Assistants, and 2 Health Coaches. They provide a broad range of services including general family practice, women’s health, immunisations, travel medicine, chronic disease review, children’s health, wellbeing/mental health support and strong links to local specialist and hospital services. They pride themself on a supportive workplace culture, flexible work-rosters, collaborative team approach, continuing professional development opportunities, and an emphasis on innovation and patient-centred care. The team values respect, inclusion, and the opportunity to shape service delivery in a growing regional community.
