GP position 25 minutes from Brisbane CBD, one of the closest DWS practices to the city.

  • Modern well equipped practice
  • Take over established patient base
  • 65% billings
  • Bulk billing 

The Role

Situated to the south of the river, the practice has an established patient base and is a friendly and supportive work environment. 

The practice is modern and fully computerised.  The are currently 5 Doctors who are supported by a full time nurse who runs a chronic disease clinic and carries out PAP smears, immunisations and assists with care plans.  There is also an experienced practice manager, receptionists and they have a very well equipped large 4 bed treatment room.They also have an onsite Physio and pathology

You will be contracted to work full time, 40 hours per week.  Weekends are on a shared roster (1:3 or 1:4) and allow you to take time off during the week in return.

The practice would be especially interested in attracting a female to take over this already established patient base.

Opening hours are:

Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm

Saturday 8.30am – 2.30pm

  • 65% of bulk billings
  • $120ph minimum guarantee for settling in period
  • Billings in the region of $10,000 - $12,000 per week
  • Estimated earnings - $320k - $350k pa
  • Preferably a 2-3 year contract

To be considered for this position you must have MRCGP, PMETB/JCPTGP or FRACGP or equivalent.

A popular suburb just 25 minutes from Brisbane CBD. The practice is located in a busy shopping area with it's own onsite car parking. There is an excellent private school close by.
