Position: Director of Nursing Standards of Care
Responsibilities: As the Director for standards of care you will be entrusted with lead, manage and oversee the activities and operations of Nursing department by providing leadership in coordination and evaluation of performance improvement and accreditation, contribute significantly to (Nursing) Quality Improvement activities, in collaboration with other departments to achieve high quality, cost effective and culturally appropriate patient centred nursing care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/ registration in the country of origin, 5 (five) years of which in managerial capacity including 2 (two) years in a comparable positions -
- Extensive knowledge of the application of Quality Management Science; outcome measurement, Accreditation Standards, Nursing Sensitive Indicators and Standards – Essential
