There are currently five full-time Consultant Paediatricians who collectively offer a wide spectrum of expertise in Acute/General Paediatrics. The in-patient nursing team includes 13 UK-trained Paediatric Nurses who also currently support the hospital based out-patient/clinic services. Together with the Consultant team, this specialist nursing team provides a high level of clinical care offered to the local childhood population, including the Paediatric multi-disciplinary services and facilitates multi-agency work which is at the core of the work here.
