Head Medical is happy to announce a fantastic opportunity has opened up on the West Coast of Ireland in the city of Galway, where we are working with a leading private organisation recruiting Consultants in Cardiology (Interventional/ EP) on a permanent basis.

You'll work state-of-the-art 146-bed hospital that provides 24-hour health care services. There are in excess of 140 highly skilled Physicians and Surgeons covering a wide variety of specialties.

Essential Criteria

  • Should be on the Specialist Registrar of the Irish Medical Council for Cardiology or be eligible to get registered with the Irish Medical Council on the Specialist Registrar if you are a CCT specialist in the UK.
  • Previous UK or Irish experience at Consultant level
  • Willingness to manage a private practice on hospital grounds
  • Recent experience in Cardiology and General Medicine is essential.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skill
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Have a very good command of written and spoken English
