Agency Nurse - Late Shifts - Dundee - General Wards

I am looking to speak with experienced general medical nurses who are interested in working in and around Dundee, and have a preference to work backshifts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promoting, assessing and providing excellent standards of care;
- Providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients;
- Performing diagnostics, procedures and treatments, and ensuring the correct equipment is available;
- Following procedures, protocols and regulations in a general medical ward.
- Observing, reporting, and recording information on patient care;
- Managing medical records and ensuring adherence to data protection legislation;
- Establishing effective communication channels with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration
- Minimum 18 months experience working within a medical ward.
- Nursing Degree
- Experience of working in a general medical/surgical setting
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- An understanding of the importance of teamwork in delivering the highest standards of care
- Highly organised with excellent clinical judgement
