A&E Nurses needed in Kilmarnock
Our client based in Kilmarnock, is needing experienced Agency A&E nurses to join the team!
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Assessing the needs of Emergency department patients
- Providing fast, evidence based care for patients
- Making sure relevant medical records are maintained
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent patient care
- Maintaining accurate records and up-to-date notes
- Advising A&E staff and providing strategic direction to the service
- Demonstrating a commitment to professional development
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Degree.
- Minimum of 18 months experience within a hospital setting.
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Ideally from a General Medical background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Competent IT skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
