1 Month Block Booking Scrub RN/ODP-Taunton
We are looking for a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner (RN/ ODP) to join us on a one month block booking in the theatre department.
You will play a key role in a team setting as you will be responsible for providing direct care in areas such as general surgery, trauma, orthopaedics and others. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be expected to take part in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives and excellent customer care for our patients.
We are looking for a keen and confident individual who has extensive scrub experience and is competent in the role, ideally with experience in ODP and from a Surgery/Orthopaedic background.
The RN/ODP must:
- Have a valid NMC/ HCPC registration
- Minimum 18 months post graduate experience
- Have relevant Scrub RN/ODP experience
- Experience in Surgery/Orthopaedic background ideally
- Possess excellent clinical capability and decision-making skills
