The Practice works hand in hand with the community hospital – Chalmers Hospital, Banff to provide in-patient and out-patient care. They also work collaboratively with other primary healthcare care services in the community.

Banff is a small coastal town in the Banff and Buchan area of Aberdeenshire, situated North of Aberdeen, this small rural town sits on the Banff Bay looking out to the Moray Firth. The historic town is separated from the neighbouring village of Macduff by a pretty seven-arch bridge over the River Deveron. Banff is steeped in history and boasts one of the best-preserved townscapes in Scotland, castle and marina. Neighbouring Macduff has its harbour as the heart of the town where freshly caught seafood can be bought from local fishmongers or enjoy your fish prepared for you at the array of bars, restaurants and traditional fish and chip shops.
The countryside surrounding the town is simply beautiful and gives access to such a wide variety of outdoor activities such as kayaking, cycling, running, walking, golf, rugby and horse riding to name just a few. There is also a nearby Marine Aquarium where you can get a feel for the sea, take a stroll around the Maritime Garden or admire the views after a walk to the top of the Hill of Doune, or maybe a dip at the historical Outdoor Swimming Pool – simply unique.
Housing in this area is inexpensive but of a good quality and the local area has a primary school with a high school in Banff itself (The Academy was awarded most improved school in 2017 and has had consistently positive reports year on year since then). There is also a wide selection of private schools throughout Aberdeenshire to choose from.
