Changes to RACGP pathways for GPs moving to Australia – 31st August 2018

The RACGP have announced today that there will be changes to the RACGP pathway for IMGs (International Medical Graduates) moving to Australia.

Detailed information can be found on the RACGP's website.

We will be publishing more information as it becomes available. We know that changes come into effect as of the 31st of August 2018, however GPs who apply to the RACGP before this date will be assessed under the current guidelines. If you are planning a move to Australia we would advise that you secure a contract now to avoid being assessed under the new regulations.

Head Medical have lots of GP opportunities across Australia in all of the States/Territories, around major cities and in more rural locations. For more information contact vicki@headmedical.com

We are also holding a Making the Move event on 23rd of June in Edinburgh. To attend this event or express interest in future events in London, Dublin, Manchester or Birmingham click here.
