We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join a medical clinic in a state-of-the-art facility. Our client provides outpatient primary care, emergency care and selected specialty care to students, families and staff of a well renowned public research university which is located 80 kilometres north of Jeddah on the coast of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

The Role
Physician executive who provides effective leadership and expertise in all clinical and administrative matters in the clinic setting. Assumes overall responsibility for management of the day to day operations of the facility.
Works closely with the Director and higher level management to ensure high quality, safe, cost effective patient care; establishes monitoring measures to ensure excellence in clinical care; advances best practice in healthcare.

The university is the first mixed-gender campus in Saudi Arabia. Women are allowed to mix freely with men and to drive on campus, and they are not required to wear veils in the coeducational classes.

Record oil revenues have given rise to increased public spending on infrastructure to match the increasing needs of a fast growing population. Requirements
- You must have significant UK General Practice experience
- You must have more than 2 years Management experience
