Are you looking to develop your skills in a surgery sub-specialty? Head Medical are seeking doctors with at least 2 years post graduate experience who are interested in furthering their career as a Surgery Registrar. We have opportunities in general surgery as well as cardiothoracic surgery, orthopaedics and plastic surgery. These positions would be for an initial 12 month contract with the option of extending for candidates who are interested in staying in New Zealand longer.
This is an ideal opportunity to rapidly develop your skill set by gaining exposure to a wide variety of unique presentations. You will benefit from training and education from senior medical practitioners and work in a close knit supportive team.
These roles will start in August and so you must be able to commence the recruitment process asap.
You will have MBBS or equivalent and be eligible for provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
