The Senior Staff Nurse will undertake the management of the medical unit on a day-to-day basis in the absence of or in conjunction with the Sister/Charge nurse. To provide clinical leadership and support colleagues to plan, monitor and evaluate skilled and appropriate care for their patients and ensure the provision of evidence based care.
If successful, you must act as a role model in providing specialist knowledge within the medical ward. You will work as part of a team supporting and developing colleagues by mentoring and assessing their skills.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you must:
- be a Registered Nurse.
- Evidence of CPD at Diploma level.
- A minimum of 2 years of Senior nursing experience.
