Yeppoon, Central Queensland, is a sunny coastal town approximately 40 kilometres east of Rockhampton, and 700 kilometres north of Brisbanes. With a population of 13,500 people, its easy to meet a friend in the street or on one of the many beautiful beaches around Yeppoon or the Capricorn Coast.
Just off the coast are the Keppel group of islands, which include Great Keppel, a large tourist destination, North Keppel, which is a National Park as well as a Queensland Education centre, and Humpy Island, a small national park just south of Great Keppel.
Capricorn Coast Hospital and Health Service are seeking 4 Principal House Officers on a 12 month contract to increase service provisions at the Yeppoon Hospital. We are looking for candidates whose key desire is to improve health outcomes for patients and consumers across all areas of the hospital.
This is a generalist type role covering ED, Inpatients and Outpatients and receiving mixed cases ranging from General Medical to O& G and Paediatric cases.
Remuneration incentives are built into your annual salary and will be advised upon offer.
