Exciting opportunity for 2 Orthopedic Registrars to experience the famous New Zealand work life Balance.

Description  

You will be a smart operator with a keen interest in Orthopaedic Surgery.  As part of a small and dedicated team, you'll have excellent access to the Consultants and unrivalled opportunities to experience many of the varied Orthopaedic presentations to the hospital.  This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and talents in this speciality.  Opportunities also exist for travel to Queenstown to undertake clinics.

Located in the lower South Island, Southland offers a wide range of recreational activities.  It is home to two of New Zealand’s national parks offering opportunities for tramping, internationally acclaimed fishing, hunting, climbing and a wide range of outdoor pursuits.  You have an abundance of choice for skiing with four ski fields within easy driving distance.  Invercargill is a family friendly city with excellent educational and sporting facilities.

To be eligible to apply for this role, you must possess a keen interest in the area of Orthopaedic Surgery and have a minimum of 2 years post graduate medical experience (preferably including at least 6 months in Orthopaedics).
