Head Medical are recruiting on behalf of Gibraltar Health Authority (GHA) who are looking to recruit an Operating Department Practitioner, on a fixed-term employment contract for a period of 6 months, for commencement at the earliest possible opportunity.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- highly motivated Operating Department Practitioner, with good organisational and interpersonal skills
- possess the relevant qualifications, theatre skills and experience in a number of surgical specialities, such as Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Max Fax, Vascular, Gynae, Urology and ENT.
Salary, dependant on years of recognisable service within the grade, ranges from £27,731 to £37,029 per annum, plus any allowances. In addition, the GHA has exceptionally decided to provide rent-free accommodation during this specific six month period, however, in the event that their employment is extended for further periods, the standard accommodation subsidy of a maximum of £350 per month will apply.
