We are seeking an Obstetrics and Gynaecology Specialist to be based in the desirable Marlborough region at the top of the South Island.
The hospital provides General and Geriatric Medicine, Emergency / High Dependency Care, Anesthesia, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Audiology and outreach ENT. There is prompt access to modern on-site theatres and imaging, including MRI.
You will join the specialist team providing secondary level Obstetrics and Gynaecology services and will share a strong commitment to delivering high quality health care for women and families. You will participate fully in the acute 1:4 roster, facilitate integrated care and foster effective relationships with health professionals across the system to ensure that we achieve maximum support and health gain for our clients. There are approximately 500 births per year in the region.
