I currently have several urgent requests for General Physician’s, some with various sub-specialities required for 12 month Contracts (initially) in breath taking locations such as:
- The Shetland Isles
- The Western Isles
- The Scottish Borders
- Carmarthenshire
From the amazing scenery & unique wildlife of the Shetland Isles to the incredible sights of the Brecon Beacons in Carmarthenshire, all of these locations not only offer a great work/ life balance but also the opportunity to enjoy many outdoor activities & historic venue excursions these locations have to offer. If you are not so adventurous and prefer to be close to major cities, I have positions within an hour of fantastic cities such as Edinburgh & Cardiff to name a few.
The trusts I am recruiting for can offer you a 12 month fixed term contracts initially, where specialist registration is not necessarily required, with a view to going fully substantive if you wish after the 12 months is up.
Salaries are dependent on experience & range from £77,000.00 - £105,000.00 per annum plus out of hours supplement if job plan dictates. The trusts will also provide a generous relocation package to help you make the transition as smooth as possible, along with Visa sponsorships if required.
You may already be in the NHS & keen to explore more adventurous locations, you may be practicing abroad & keen to use the GMC registration you have obtained but unsure of how to maximise your chances of successfully gaining employment here or you may be an ST7 within 6 months of your CCT & looking for your first Consultant post, whatever your situation I will be able to advise accordingly.

To qualify for any of these roles, you must have a GMC registration with a current license to practise, if your GMC is need of reinstating , that is fine. If you are from outside the EEA (Europe) you will need to at least have a date set for your PLAB 2 exam as a minimum.
