Opportunity for a Locum Resident Medical Officer – England – various locations
An opportunity is available to work in a private hospital (several locations in available in England) as a Resident Medical Officer for the month of August. As a locum RMO you will be onsite 24/7 with accommodation provided, the requirement is from ideally the 10th of August for 4 weeks. You will be part of a team providing 24-hour medical cover and immediate first line resuscitation to any patient, visitor or staff member as required. You will also assist in the management of patients and provide back-up support to the consultants.
To be considered for this role you must hold full GMC registration with a current license to practise and have 1-3 years post-registration experience in General Medicine and Surgery. Strong communication skills are required, and you will hold a current certificate in ALS and PALS/EPLS.
Professional employment references, occupational health clearance and a current police check will be required. You will also need to complete a Covid declaration. Please note you will need to be available for the full duration of the assignment and hold the right to work in the UK.
Accommodation is provided for the duration of the assignment. You can work through an umbrella company and rate of pay will be between £40 and £45 per hour dependent on experience.
