The Role
This is a modern state of the art clinic which has been purpose built to service the community with the highest possible quality of healthcare on a bulk billing basis. The practice is very family orientated and the ethos of the centre is family and patient friendly.
Established 4 years ago the clinic now has 16 GPs working here and they are seeking an additional 2 to keep up with patient demand. The GPs are supported by a team of nurses and an experienced management and administration team. Working here you will be joining a busy practice with a varied workload including skin cancer work, work medicals, Cosmetic clinic, vasectomy clinic, child health and yellow fever vaccinations.
On site you will also find a dietician, physiotherapist, podiatrist, speech pathologist, audiologist, diabetes educator and a psychologist, along with pathology services.
The clinic also provides excellent treatment rooms, minor procedure room and an in house skin clinic with fantastic equipment and technology.
The centre is open 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, 9-5 Sat-Sun. They also offer after hours as well.

To be considered for this position it’s preferred that you will have MRCGP/ MICGP or FRACGP or equivalent however we will also consider applications from doctors eligible as a Category 2 applicant on the RACGP specialist pathway.
The Location
Gladstone is a coastal city in northern Queensland and is around a 6 hour drive north of Brisbane. With a population of around 70,000 it’s a major industrial hub and includes Queensland’s largest multi-commodity port. The population is set to grow in the coming years.
The region is perfect for nature lovers with this outdoor wonderland, smack bang in the centre of the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Boating, camping and fishing are all top of mind in the Gladstone region, where national parks and secluded beaches are par for the course.
The practice is located in the city centre with lots of parking and amenities nearby, there are a number of excellent schools available – a mixture of private and sate high schools.
