The climate is slightly warmer and with more sunshine hours than that in Auckland. Whether you have a love for Arts & Culture, Adventure, Sports or a passion for food and wine, Waiheke Island has it all.
Being an island, the lifestyle is greatly influenced by the water and you can spend your days swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle-boarding or just relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches. For the more adventurous, you can hike, cycle or even zip lining across the island or why not take to the skies on a helicopter tour.
