This well-established practice has been operating for over 42 years and due to growth in the area they require more GPs to service the needs of the community. They have around 32,000 patients currently registered with an additional 250 patients joining on a monthly basis. It has another sister practice in the Adelaide area.

- $160 min hourly guarantee for 3 months
- $400k plus annual earnings

The Practice
The practice is a modern, built for purpose facility with lots of natural light and boasts 42 consulting rooms, 4 treatment rooms, air conditioning/heating run on solar and ample parking for staff and patients on site.
You will join a team of 20 GPs (mix of IMGs, registrars and VR GPs) with interests in woman's health, sports injuries, work cover, paediatrics, skin, aviation medical, pre-employment medical, to name a few!
There are seven nurses managed by the Head Practice Nurse and a team of twelve Patient Services Officers managed by a Senior Patient Services Officer and a Training, Development and Accreditation Officer who all work closely with the Clinic Administrator. The Senior Operations Manager is supported by a Personal Assistant.
Facilities include on-site drive through pharmacy and physio with a pilates studio. They have an excellent relationship with a team of allied health professionals off-site.

Their comprehensive induction is usually one full week, where you will get the opportunity to spend time with each team learning about their roles, equipment orientation, software training and more.
The location
This surgery is located by the sea in a beautiful area, close to train station to get you to the city (or 30 mins by car) and a short drive to the country and wine region. Many good primary schools in the area and easy access to secondary education and universities. Lots of young families moving to the area and building homes (very reasonable financially to do so) Supermarkets, cinema, shopping malls etc, all very accessible.
