This practice is 8km South of Wollongong. It was opened by 2 UK Doctors in July 2015 and the patient base has grown rapidly. It is a GP led teaching practice and will suit individuals with an interest in training.
The surgery has 4 consulting and 1 treatment room. Currently there are 2 full time and 1 part time Doctor. It is a purpose built modern building next to a pharmacy and pathologist, there are visiting allied health professionals and you will be supported by a team that includes a practice manager, receptionist and qualified nursing staff. The practice is currently open Monday to Friday 9am -6pm.
The GPs are fully booked and can’t meet patient demand so there will be an existing patient base for a new Doctor and any new patients will be referred to the joining Doctor.

Wollongong lies 50 miles south of Sydney and has an approximate population of 300,000. The city has beautiful beaches with a dramatic backdrop of green and sandstone of the Illawarra Escarpment.
It’s the third largest city in NSW, has a multi-cultural history and is a University town, adding to its international feel and cosmopolitan outlook, with people from over 100 countries having made their home there.
The variety of restaurants, theatres, cinemas, pubs and clubs make for an active nightlife while the art galleries, museums, botanic gardens, beaches and activities offer plenty to do during the day.
