New GP position located in an established clinic in Northern QLD. Currently, there are two full time Doctors, 1 part time, 3 part time registrars and 1 intern and they are looking to recruit a further doctor to help keep up with patient demand. The clinic is a modern air-conditioned building with disability access, pathology onsite, medical imaging onsite and a large emergency room. Additional services include visiting audiologist, podiatrist, NDIS, dental prosthetics, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Imaging Onsite and Pathology.
You will also be supported by a team of 3 Reception staff, 2 nurses, a practice manager, nurse manager and finance officer.
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. The hours of work will be rota'd between 7am – 6pm Monday – Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday and 8 am – 1pm Sunday with no on call. The early and later evening shifts will be rota’d and the weekend shifts will be on a rotating rota of 1 weekend in every 4/5 weeks.
