We are seeking an Emergency Medicine SHO/ Middle Grade doctors for opportunities located in Dunedin. Dunedin Hospital is a University Teaching Hospital with links to the University of Otago.

The Hospital
Dunedin Hospital has just under 400 beds and provides general care for a population of approximately 180,000 and specialist care for approximately 350,000 people spread over the lower South Island of New Zealand. The Emergency Department sees 47,000 patients per year. Patient mix is broad and a full range of trauma, medical, surgical, paediatric and minor presentations are seen on a regular basis. Senior support is excellent, with one of the highest Consultant to Registrar ratios in the country and it is normal to work approximately four days per week on average. Most importantly, the Dunedin ED has a Rocket espresso machine in the staff room!
