Head Medical are assisting a hospital in the Goulburn area of New South Wales, Australia to recruit experienced emergency medicine doctors to work in their newly redeveloped health service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a health service which is undergoing a massive $120 million redevelopment. You will be working within a varied emergency department which sees 20,000 presentations per year of which 10-15% of cases are paediatrics. There is 25% admission rate. The ED workforce is staffed with Senior, Permanent and Casual Career Medical Officers.
You will ideally have around 4 years emergency medicine experience and feel confident working as a sole practitioner with a strong ability for decision making at a high level.
