GP position available only 1 hour drive south of Adelaide, the town is a beautiful coastal resort with great food and vineyards. 
The surgery will be part of a group of experienced doctor owned and run private practices providing a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Position
The practice is based on the Fleurieu coast only just over an hours drive to Adelaide.

You will need good general practice experience and recent A&E experience such as suchering would be beneficial. This can be gained by up-skilling whilst waiting for your paperwork to be completed.
You will will supported by a registered nurse, practice manager and receptionist.
It is Largely a mixed farming area with a population of approx 4,700 (2015 census). Patients will come from as far as Cape Jervis, a fishing village and the jump off to Kangaroo Island and Carrickalinga, a sought after retirement location. The population soars in the summer as a mix of tourists arrive to stay in caravan parks and holiday houses.
The Location
The town is based south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula. It is a beautiful town with great food, vineyards and stunning coastline whilst only being an hours drive to the city of Adelaide.
The popular seaside township of Normanville is less than 5 minutes further on and provides for a variety of water sports in and around it's pristine water and beaches.
Yankalilla has an area school (from kindergarten to high school) and Tatachilla Lutheren College (situated in McLaren Vale) and Investigator College (Victor Harbor) provide a bus service from Yankalilla.
The Peninsula is Adelaide’s playground, with beautiful beaches and coves. You can get close to the kangaroos in the conservation parks, take a boat trip, or cycle along the beautiful coastline stopping at wineries along the way.
From here it’s just a short ferry ride to Kangaroo Island, teaming with wildlife and only a 1 hour drive to Adelaide for city life.
