A substantive post is available in the North of Scotland for a Consultant Psychiatrist (General Adult). You will provide 
services to a population across the region, plus inpatient cover two days per week (to cover a colleague).
This is a full time (10PA) post, with office accommodation available and you will be part of the out-of-hours Consultant on-call rota (1 in 16).
You will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which include dedicated time from a number of CPNs and Social Workers and sessions from OT’s, Psychologists and Junior Doctors. Numbers of staff per team can vary from time to time but all resources are allocated evenly through the service.
Applicants must be on the GMC Specialist register, or within 6 months of obtaining CCT.
