A new opportunity is available for a Consultant Psychiatrist with experience working in General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry to take up a permanent post in the private sector. Located close to Cambridge you will be working on a locked male rehabilitation ward with a full MDT support on site. You will need to hold GMC Specialist Registration (or be eligible for this). This is a part time post, and you will be contracted to work 3 days per week, there is flexibility with the specific days. An excellent salary up to £82,250 per annum is on offer plus a travel allowance and benefits including private healthcare, group pension, paid medical indemnity and 30 days annual leave, free parking and birthday leave are on offer.
Your role will be to provide high quality clinical care for patients referred to and using the services of the hospital. To work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive a holistic and person-centric care and treatment programme based on the recovery model. You will be a strong team player and keen to participate in a multidisciplinary approach to assessment, formulation, and management plans.
