Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist & Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - contract opportunities in the Republic of Ireland
There are several requirements for salaried contracts (usually 6 months to 1 year) in the Republic of Ireland. Working in a regional Mental Health Service you will be part of a specialist multi-disciplinary team offering a service from childhood to old age to the local community.
You will provide a comprehensive community orientated mental health service in the area (either adults, or children/adolescents) and also offer leadership to the team and development to the overall service. The wider objective being to provide easy access to a comprehensive consultation and treatment service.
You must be an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist, preferably with experience gained in Ireland or the UK. Irish Medical Council specialist registration will be required (you will either be currently registered or eligible for entry and I can confirm the process you will need to complete in order to get this registration).
