I have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to join a well-established and growing group of premium, private outpatient clinics in Qatar with an existing team of over 25 medical professionals from the UK, Europe, North America and Australia.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week (no weekend work) and is a fantastic opportunity for someone, ideally with private practice experience, to develop and grow a new service for this clinic

Requirements

  • Qualifications from a leading Western University
  • Registration as a licensed Consultant Adult Psychiatrist 
  • Minimum three years’ clinical experience as a Consultant (post CCT or equivalent) 
  • Cultural sensitivity; with patients from all over the world
  • Empathetic practitioner with strong patient rapport
  • Private sector experience would be beneficial 
  • Fluent in English
  • Entrepreneurial, to work with management to establish and develop the service
