We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled and enthusiastic Consultant Paediatric Pathologist.  

Our client, a newly built, ultra-modern clinical and research facility in Qatar, is looking for Consultants in Paediatric Surgical Pathology to join its team in 2017 or 2018.

This inpatient facility will open in the first quarter of 2018.  It's mission is to provide world class maternity care for between 6,000 and 10,000 deliveries per year, as well as full service paediatric sub-specialty care for the children of Qatar. 

The Department of Pathology consists of Anatomical Pathology, Hematopathology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pathology Genetics and Pathology Sciences.  As with all the divisions, Anatomical Pathology supports both routine and complex maternal and perinatal care as well as routine and complex paediatric medicine and surgery and investigations for infertility. 

We are looking for Paediatric Surgical Pathologists with training and experience in paediatric pathology and ideally, with neuropathology experience, to support the care of perinatal and paediatric patients.  Applicants should have a medical degree and appropriate FRCPath (UK) certification or equivalent qualification from the US, Canada or Australia.
