We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join an established and progressive team based at Waikato Hospital, Hamilton, New Zealand.
Waikato Hospital is a tertiary referral and teaching cardiac centre providing a wide range of adult cardiac services including cardiac surgery except heart transplant for the Midland Region (860,000 people).
The successful applicant will join a well-established and dynamic team of 14 Cardiologists (including 9 Interventionalists) and 5 cardiac surgeons. The department is a leading national centre for coronary and structural heart disease intervention. Approximately 1000 angioplasties including rotablation are performed each year with access to advanced imaging technologies including IVUS and OCT.

- Total package circa NZ$180,000 - $300,000 pa (approx. £92,000 - £154,000 pa), depending on level of experience
- Includes base salary range NZ$158,141 - $230,000 pa
